Magdalena Bonczak is a board-certified Physician Assistant who brings specialized expertise in tickborne infections, natural medicine, and diabetes management to Case Integrative Health's chronic disease team.

She takes a rigorous root-cause approach to conditions that are often overlooked or undertreated, meeting each patient with the depth of attention their case demands. Magdalena's path to integrative medicine began in endocrinology, where her work balancing patients' hormones drew her toward a more holistic approach to care. 

She earned her Master's of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, IL, and holds certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Originally from Poland, she is fluent in English and Polish.
