Casey Kelley, MD ABoIM
Founder and Medical Director
Founder of Case Integrative Health, Dr. Kelley is relentless about getting to the root cause of chronic disease and transforming health through Functional Medicine.
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Kelley was among the first physicians to become Board Certified in Integrative Medicine.
She has studied the causes, effects, and treatments of Lyme Disease extensively, and lectures nationally on this and other topics.
Dan Murauski, DO ABIHM
Director of Wellness Optimization
and Longevity
Dr. Murauski has always been fascinated by how dynamic systems work. So it's no surprise that he was drawn to the most complex system in the known universe - the human body.
As an engineering major, Dr Murauski learned to "optimize multi-system interactions." It was his passion for yoga that unlocked his mind to wellness.
Dr. Murauski's approach to integrative medicine mixes those worldviews together - science and soul, complex and simple, multi-system and single-person - to help patients achieve wellness AND health.
Trent Orfanos, MD,
FACC, ABoIM
Director Integrative and Functional Cardiology
Dr. Orfanos is triple board certified in Cardiology, Integrative Medicine and Internal Medicine and brings decades of experience to Case Integrative Health.
Dr. Orfanos embraced preventative cardiology while practicing as a full-time interventional cardiologist.
Slowly mixing in the lifestyle and supplement conversations along with conventional discussions, "Dr. O" saw previously deteriorating patients begin to flourish. As the results grew, so did Dr. Orfanos's interest in Integrative Medicine, ultimately culminating in his move to become Board Certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine over a decade ago.
Dr. Orfanos joined the Case Integrative Health team in August 2022.
Magdalena Bonczak, PA-C
Integrative Medicine Physician Assistant
Magdalena earned her Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University, Downers Grove, IL. and is a Certified Physician Assistant.
Her initial focus was on Endocrinology and through her work on balancing patient's hormones, she became interested in Integrative Medicine. She is currently pursuing her IFM certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine, expected in 2023.
Magdalena believes in body’s innate ability to heal and brings passion, curiosity, and intuition to patient care. She is originally from Poland and is fluent in English and Polish.
Tara Dordek, PA-C
Integrative Medicine Physician Assistant
Tara is a board-certified Physician assistant. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, and she earned her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies at MCPHS University in Boston.
Formerly specializing in dermatology and allergy/immunology, Tara transitioned to integrative medicine driven by a desire to understand the root causes of immune system dysfunction.
Frustrated by conventional treatments that merely mask symptoms, Tara is dedicated to holistic solutions that address the underlying factors contributing to chronic conditions.

Megan Justice PA-C
Integrative Medicine Physician Assistant
Megan earned her bachelor's degree in biology and neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse, and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where she gained extensive clinical experience, including rotations in functional medicine and integrative pediatrics.
She immediately realized her alignment with the holistic approach to healthcare. Megan believes in deep diving into each patient’s story to uncover the root causes of their concerns. She is dedicated to customizing patient care plans that align with individual needs, empowering patients to achieve health goals and optimize their well-being.
Outside of work, Megan enjoys yoga, snowboarding, cooking, live music, and hiking. She is always looking for recommendations on the next place to travel to and explore!
Amy Cole, RN, BSN
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Amy directs many of Case Integrative Health's programs, including our IV and micro-current neurofeedback protocols.
She is devoted to creating a safe, comfortable and restorative environment for all of Case Integrative Health's patients.
Integrative Medicine, RN
Emily Jensen, PA-C, is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in both primary care and integrative medicine. She earned her master’s from Midwestern University and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, reflecting her dedication to functional care.
Emily specializes in women’s health, chronic illness, and functional medicine. She takes a root-cause approach, focusing on personalized wellness plans that include nutrition, lifestyle, and prevention. Her warm, collaborative style empowers patients to take control of their health and feel their best.
Jenny Rowland
Certified Health Coach
Jenny is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) trained in supporting clients through changes big and small.
She is committed to helping empower clients to discover their best selves and best health through a personalized and systems-based approach.
Jenny is honored to help clients bridge the gap between a physician's orders and real-life execution.
