Casey Kelley, MD, ABoIM
Founder and Medical Director
Founder of Case Integrative Health, Dr. Kelley is relentless about getting to the root cause of chronic disease and transforming health through Functional Medicine.
Board Certified in Family Medicine, Dr. Kelley was among the first physicians to become Board Certified in Integrative Medicine.
She has studied the causes, effects, and treatments of Lyme Disease extensively, and lectures nationally on this and other topics.

Deepti Agarwal, MD
Director of Interventional and Integrative Pain Management
Dr. Agarwal is dual board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and will direct CIH's programs for patients suffering from chronic pain.
Dissatisfied with conventional medicine's approach to chronic pain, Dr. Agarwal turned to Integrative Medicine to offer patients a more complete and restorative solution. She will sit for her ABoIM boards in 2022.
Coupled with her research into pain management, Dr. Agarwal has studied the impacts of metabolic dysfunction on longevity and aging. She's excited to help patients manage acute issues in the short-term, while setting them up for long-term health.

Rana Mafee, MD, ABoIM
Director of Integrative Neurology
Dr. Mafee is currently on sabbatical. She is advising our team on cases, but is not currently seeing patients.
Dr. Mafee is dual board certified in Neurology and Integrative Medicine. As such, she is passionate about using functional and integrative philosophies to prevent & reverse a host of chronic conditions.
Dr. Mafee is particularly focused on helping patients work through neurodegenerative disorders.
Dr. Mafee joined the Case Integrative Health team in March 2020.

Magdalena Bonczak, PA-C
Integrative Medicine Physician Assistant
Magdalena earned her Masters of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University, Downers Grove, IL. and is a Certified Physician Assistant.
Her initial focus was on Endocrinology and through her work on balancing patient's hormones, she became interested in Integrative Medicine. She is currently pursuing her IFM certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine, expected in 2023.
Magdalena believes in body’s innate ability to heal and brings passion, curiosity, and intuition to patient care. She is originally from Poland and is fluent in English and Polish.

Maureen Moran, PA-C
Integrative Medicine Physician Assistant
Maureen Moran is a board certified Physician assistant . After obtaining her undergraduate at the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, Maureen pursued her education as a PA in Illinois’ first accredited PA program at Cook County Hospital in 1987.
She then completed a PA postgraduate surgical residency at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY. Maureen has practiced as a cardiothoracic and vascular surgical PA for 30 years prior to her transition into integrative medicine.
She has directed her educational pursuits in functional and integrative medicine over the last 10 years of her PA career. Her experience in the management of complex medical and surgical patients challenged her to seek integrative answers to support a patients innate healing abilities.
Her goal is to compassionately work with all patients to achieve their optimal wellness.

Amy Cole, RN, BSN
Integrative Medicine RN
With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Amy directs many of Case Integrative Health's programs, including our IV and micro-current neurofeedback protocols.
She is devoted to creating a safe, comfortable and restorative environment for all of Case Integrative Health's patients.

Jenny Rowland
Certified Health Coach
Jenny is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) trained in supporting clients through changes big and small.
She is committed to helping empower clients to discover their best selves and best health through a personalized and systems-based approach.

Cavell Means
Medical Assistant and
Peptide Program Manager
With a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago, and a goal to become a physician, Cavell assists both the providers and the patients of Case Integrative Health by streamlining the pre and post-appointment processes and directing the Peptide Program.
He is committed to making sure each and every patient that comes through the practice's doors is respected, listened to, and fast-tracked to improve their overall health.
